Return Process (if eligible):

  1. Email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery with order ID, issue description, and video proof.
  2. Our team will verify and confirm if return/exchange is applicable.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a replacement or store credit will be processed.

Note: Refunds are only provided in cases of:

  • Out-of-stock items
  • Duplicate payments

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
